Big Sleep Out

We're hosting a Big Sleep Out as part of Social Bite's The World's Big Sleep Out, in an attempt to end global homelessness. We'll sleep out in the woods, under the stars, to get a small sense of what it's like to be homeless and to raise money to put towards the cause. We'll also be collecting food and other items for the local food bank, as well as kids winter jackets and boots.

We'll be having a BBQ, bar, hot drinks (tea, coffee and hot chocolate), popcorn and marshmallows and some games. To help us raise even more money to end homelessness, we'll be asking for donations on the night. And we're hoping to get some musicians along, too - so if you know anyone, please tell them all about it! 

Make sure you bring layers, a sleeping bag and waterproof cover, more layers and torch. And bring some cash for donations for the food and drink. We'll also be collecting donations of food for a local food bank and kids winter coats and wellies, which are desperately needed in Glasgow and other places.    As well as musicians, we're also looking for local businesses to sponsor food, drinks and to provide raffle prizes.
